What does my warranty include?

EU Warranty service

All orders sent out from our EU Warehouse can enjoy 1 year warranty service in our Eorupean Service Center. Therefore, if you live in Euroepan country and would like to enjoy the warranty in EU service center, please choose EU warehouse shipping method. learn more about EU shipping, click here

Warranty statement

Our products, except for clearance and promotional products come with 1 year warranty. As for accessories, such as batteries, chargers and headset, they carry a 2 weeks warranty.

PLEASE NOTE: We only repair and replace products sold by Shop.gizchina.com. Please note that we keep records of serial numbers (or IMEI) of every phone we sold out.

In general, we do not suggest to our customer to send back the product for reparation of the value if the product is under US$100 due to the shipping time and cost, we will offer a coupon to you properly.

This warranty does not cover the following cases:

  1. The product serial number, IMEI number or warranty seal is illegible or has been removed, erased, defaced, altered, and/or tampered. Any accessory or external part of the product has been missing.
  2. Any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons and other attachments.
  3. General maintenance, password reset assistance, cleaning, application update/installation , product demonstration, or any other service other than repair/replacement;
  4. Deterioration of the product caused by normal wearing and tearing, including but not limited to rust or stains;
  5. Any other circumstances that are contradictory or are not in compliance with business ethics.

Return policy

Returning DOA (Dead On Arrival) product. Any malfunctioning product on arrival (excluding cases of reckless handling of the product) within 7 days after receiving is eligible for a replacement and contacting us please include the following informations:

1) Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box
2) The picture of the model
3) Photo, video or screenshot of the defective item 4) Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area

Make sure the item all brand new without any wear and tear, otherwise we can repair only. If these requirements are met, we will pay for the one-way postage, please return it to us at your convenience and we will ship a functional replacement to you free of charge.We will appreciate if you can provide more details, that would help us to investigate and avoid the same situation occur again. And, we will keep in touch with you until the process is completed.

Returning the wrong product. If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our CS with photos or videos of the different product. If it's our fault we will replace it for free, or if you take it, we will offer a discount for compensation, otherwise, you are obligated to pay shipping cost for the return and replacement.

Returning product you are unsatisfied with. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please return it in 7 days after the receipt of it in its original package for a refund or an exchange if the return is not caused by our error. We charge 20% of the product's price for refund, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping cost for the return and replacement.

Before returning any unit for service, customer should back up data and remove any confidential and/or personal information from the product. Shop.gizchina.com is not responsible for damage or loss of any program, data, or removable storage media.

Return the product by registered mail (the cheapest way-post service) with tracking number to the nearest Post Office or EMS; If the mail service with tracking number costs more, you may choose the one without tracking info, please be sure to keep the shipping receipt with you after return. Please do write 19USD for the value of the returning product. We will process for you once we get it.
